Job Description
We currently have afull-time fixed term opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team asa Productivity Coach. This is a fixed term role ending 30th June 2027.
The Role - A Day in the Life of a Productivity Coach
The Productivity Coach establishes and leads a Centre of Excellence (CoE), enabling a cross‑functional, measurement‑based approach to improving how work is designed and delivered across ETC support functions. Working in partnership with the Chief Customer & Digital Officer and Senior Managers, the role enhances and optimises systems of work while building sustainable organisational capability.
Your Key Responsibilities will include;
Drive organisational capability uplift across people, processes, and technology by identifying improvement opportunities and delivering measurable outcomes.
Analyse complex business challenges to identify root causes, risks, and opportunities, providing practical, evidence-based recommendations.
Lead and support cross-functional teams to implement improved ways of working and achieve agreed outcomes.
Provide expert guidance to enable continuous improvement, fostering collaborative problem-solving and sustainable team practices.
Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, translating needs into actionable plans and building strong, effective relationships.
Design and implement performance measures, reporting, and insights to track progress, inform decisions, and support productivity improvements.

Desired Skills and Experience
Criteria for Success
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering integrated people, process and technology improvements that enhance organisational performance and align with strategic objectives.
Proven experience facilitating workgroups and cross‑functional teams to adopt effective ways of working, including collaborative problem‑solving across organisational boundaries and professional disciplines.
Demonstrated ability to analyse business situations involving complexity and ambiguity, identify root causes, and define practical improvement opportunities that deliver measurable benefits.
Strong capability in managing, monitoring and improving stakeholder relationships, including engaging senior stakeholders and supporting informed decision‑making.
Practical experience using measures and performance indicators to assess progress, identify risks or issues, and provide evidence‑based insights to guide improvement initiatives.
A current, clear National Police Check
A current QLD Blue Card/Working With Children Check
Desirable
Recent experience standardising, streamlining or automating support function processes (e.g. Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Facilities, Information Technology) to support scalability and sustainability.
Industry certification and applied experience in enterprise‑level agile, lean or continuous improvement practices, including coaching teams or leaders in new ways of working.
