We currently have an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as Recruitment Advisor.
The Role - A Day in the Life of a Recruitment Advisor
As a Recruitment Advisor you will be responsible for building relationships with local businesses and brokering opportunities for our customers (whether that’s an apprenticeship or a work opportunity). If you are the type of person who can strike up a conversation with anyone and build positive, long-standing working relationships, then we want to hear from you!
Your Key Responsibilities will include;
- Providing high level personalised support and service to our customers
- Actively promoting ETC’s services to local industry, employers and jobseekers
- Seeking opportunities to increase business opportunities through employment and training
- Achieve agreed objectives and targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers and industry to understand and respond to employer needs within the local labour market
Criteria for Success
- Previous recruitment experience is highly desirable.
- Customer service skills and/or experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- A high level of computer literacy
- Driven to achieve outcomes and meet monthly KPI targets
- A recent, clear National Police Check
- A current QLD Blue Card
