We currently have a full-time opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as a Jobs Advisor in our Goodna Office.
The Role - A Day in the Life of a Jobs Advisor.
As a Jobs Advisor you will be responsible for providing our customers with a high level of personalised support and service through individual and group sessions. You are organised with a drive to achieve agreed objectives and targets and can confidently manage your own caseload of customers to facilitate positive employment outcomes. With a drive to succeed, you are able to build relationships with a diverse range of people while simultaneously assessing an individual’s requirements to be able to gain sustainable and ongoing employment.
Your Key Responsibilities will include;
- Providing high level personalised support and service to our customers
- Manage your own caseload of customers
- Achieve agreed objectives and targets
- Prepare and refer customers to activities to increase employability skills

Criteria for Success
- Customer service skills and/or experience
- Driven to achieve outcomes and KPIs
- Certificate IV in Employment Services or willing to obtain
- A current, clear National Police Check
- A current QLD Blue Card
